What to expect from your first lesson?

Before the workout starts we will show you around in our facility. We want to briefly talk about your current level of fitness, your (training) goals and how we can help you with achieving your goals. 

During the workout we will carefully explain all the movements to you and make sure you know how to scale it down to your level. Feel free to ask questions during class. And make sure to bring a water bottle, a towel and clothes suitable for high intensity training. 

CrossFit workouts are constantly varied, including functional movements requiring your full body to work. The workouts have one thing in common: they are performed under high intensity. High intensity is relative for everybody doing the workout and you can expect our trainers to keep an eye on your intensity in a way that you will not go too fast.

Questions and answers

We sure are! Your safety is our main priority. We welcome up to 30 people at a time in our facility. This means that we can offer a full daily schedule including Open Gym. We are also proactively working together with local and national government to ensure we can remain open for business. 

Absolutely not! CrossFit is about getting strong and healthy and we offer lessons for any level of fitness. If you have any questions or worries, please send us a message.

Every class in our schedule is guided by at least one professional coach. They will help you find scaled versions of movements that you might not be able to do because of your injury.
